Offline Transfer
Check compatibility before moving a DocCite library.
Offline Transfer moves a copy of your local DocCite library. It is a manual export and import process. It does not synchronize devices.

Current transfer routes
This table reflects App Store 1.1.0, Google Play 1.1.0, Microsoft Store 1.1.0, and the direct Android 1.1.1 installer. A supported route has a released importer for that bundle. “Verify first” means the compatibility code is present, while full cross-platform acceptance evidence remains incomplete.

Submitted Apple 1.1.1 update
Check compatibility before using the new Apple bundle format.
The submitted Apple 1.1.1 update creates version 2 encrypted bundles and uses a newer library schema. The current Android and Windows apps do not read those bundles. Use the bundle with another compatible Apple app, or import the original documents into Android or Windows.
Before you transfer
Keep the source until you check the result.
- Keep the original documents and the source library.
- Use a strong passphrase when the bundle contains sensitive material.
- Open several imported documents, citations, notes, and bookmarks.
- Do not delete the source until the destination library is complete.
